All proposals will be evaluated by an international peer-review panel, with selection based on scientific excellence.
A preliminary overview of the equipment available for this Call is available via the ELI User Portal and remains subject to updates. The User Portal content is currently being revised in line with the new offer.
User Registration
To access ELI Facilities and services, including the User Office System (UOS) for proposal submission, a valid ELI ID is required. Existing users are kindly asked to ensure their registration details are up-to-date, while new users should first register in the ELI User Registry.

Interested researchers are recommended to contact the beamline scientists early and discuss the feasibility of their experiment and exchange on technical details to strengthen their proposal.

ELI User Programme Overview
ELI’s most recent User Call received significant interest from the international scientific community, with the highest number of proposals submitted in a call to date. A total of 170 experiment proposals were submitted by research teams representing 30 countries. Altogether, 680 scientists participated as Principal Investigators and Co-Investigators, highlighting both the strong demand for access and the expanding range of research conducted across ELI’s Facilities.
