Call for Posters

  • Opening day
  • Submission deadline

Dear Participants to ELISS 2020,

We would like to invite you to present your research activities and your latest results in the two dedicated poster sessions on Wednesday and Thursday afternoon.

The ELI Delivery Consortium is proud to acknowledge outstanding poster presentations from students and young scientists attending the ELI Summer School 2020.

Qualified for the ELI DC poster awards are graduate students or post-doctoral fellows who have received their doctoral degrees not longer than two years ago. Candidates must be first authors of the posters and have made substantial contribution to the work being presented.
A panel of reviewers will evaluate and select the best posters. Winners of the 1st, 2nd and 3rd places will be rewarded with €300, €200 and €100, respectively.
The winners will be announced and the prizes will be awarded at the closing session of the Summer School.

These online events would create perfect opportunities to discuss and exchange ideas with your colleagues and with the speakers at the School in an informal atmosphere. We will open dedicated chat rooms, and provide you with all technical details in time.

You should not miss this opportunity and we strongly encourage you to prepare and present a poster at the School.
We kindly ask you to send us the:

  • title of the poster
  • authors
  • name of the presenter

by submitting your abstract and your poster in pdf file before 12 August. The pdf files will be screened online during the event.
This information will help us organize the two posters sessions in the most efficient manner.
Should you have any questions or requests, please do not hesitate to contact us at eliss2020@eli-alps.hu.

We look forward to meeting you at ELISS.

Best wishes,
Dimitris Charalambidis, Rodrigo Lopez-Martens
