Full Conference Registration

  • Admission to oral and poster sessions
  • Conference Welcome package
  • One copy of the Conference Digest
  • Admission to coffee breaks, lunches, the Welcome Reception, the Conference Dinner and the Social Program


Note: Students must present proof of enrollment in the form of a current valid student ID or proof of current enrollment (e.g. official course schedule, proof of payment for classes, letter from adviser) when picking up badges or when registering on-site. Post-docs are not eligible to register for student rates.

Accompanying Person Registration

Admission to the Welcome Reception, the Conference Dinner and the Social Program.

Process of registration

Step 1. Filling in the registration form

Data you provide in the registration form will be used for billing and composing your welcome package.

Step 2. Confirmation of registration

After submitting your form you’ll get an automatic reply email with your registration information followed by a personal email with your proform invoice. This second email may not be sent to you immediately as it is not an automatic reply and the proform invoice will be attached as well. Please be patient, it is going to arrive into your mailbox in a few days.

Payers should review the proform invoice very carefully and notify the organizers in case of data change demands immediately. After this, payer data changes cannot be made.

Step 3. Payment process

Payment MUST be received within the defined deadlines; NO Registration will be processed without payment. All payments must be in EUR.

In case of not receiving the early bird registration fee until 23:59 CET on 7 April 2019, the registration will be cancelled, and a new registration is required for the full registartion fee.

You will be able to initiate your payment online or by bank transfer. All bank transfer fees are covered by the payer.

Step 4. Completion of registration

After your payment is validated by the bank, you will get a confimation email from us. Please save this email in case you need to show it at the registration desk when you’re arriving to the conference.

Please note that your registration will be complete only after the validation of your payment.


Refund and Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your registration and ask for refund under the following financial conditions

All cancellations received after 23:59 CET on 1st June 2019 are NON-REFUNDABLE. Please send the notification of cancellation to by the deadline.

If you cancel your registration before the registration deadline (i.e. the pertaining notice thereof is delivered to us by 1st June 2019, 12PM at latest), you are entitled to receive back the amount of the registration fee, reduced with the bank transfer charges.

If you cancel your registration after the registration deadline and before 12th June 2019 (i.e. the pertaining notice thereof is delivered to us between 1 June 2019 00AM and 12 June 2019 12PM), you are entitled to receive back 50% of the registration fee.

All cancellations received after 23:59 CET on 12th June 2019 are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Reasonable policies have been established for ATTO 2019. We encourage you to read these carefully as all registrations of ATTO 2019 will be required to agree to these terms as a condition of registration.


Code of Conduct

It is important to the success of this meeting that every attendee be treated with consideration and respect. ATTO organizers insist that women should be represented – in reasonable proportions – as organizers, speakers, and attendees of the conference. The presence of women on the local and international committees and as plenary and invited speakers is a main objective.

ATTO conference also set the purpose that all participants at the event should be able to enjoy the conference and its benefits free of discrimination and harassment.
